We hit triple digits!!

Yesterday I went running and added a stop by the post office to my loop. Imagine how excited I was when I found a bunch more applications in there- and knew it would be just enough for us to finally hit the big 100!!

On my way home (about a mile), I was thinking about applications... and running... and wondered if there was a way I could combine the two to bring some more attention to the plates. And then I had an idea...

  1. I don't know if it's just me (entirely possible) but the form will not allow me to digitally sign it (I was going to create one as you describe). I get the error message that the security features of document won't allow me to sign. altho when I clicked on one of the icons, it took me to the step of creating a name and password for storing the digital signature I was about to create - and then said the passwords didn't match. not sure what the deal is but I will juhst print out and sign and either mail or scan. I wonder if people are wanting to sign on but then give up when they see the form. I waited a few days b/c I needed to remember to get my registration and then come back to this site. NOT criticizing, just mentioning - it is so admirable what you are doing here, thank you! And I really hope it is successful!! if people could just see the plates I know they would want them - they're very pretty!

  2. Thanks so much for your comment!
Unfortunately that signature thing can be a pain, so in my emails to folks I try to remind them that it might be easier to print the thing out and stick it in the mail :) Or if they have a scanner, print it and scan it. Any of them work for me, and I appreciate your feedback! I wish the PDF signing process could be done more easily.
